In Love with Romance

A dash of sexy, sensual, romance, and then some...

Derek is out for a night of fun, not once does he imagine that night will define his future. To begin with, he doesn't believe a club full of Mermaids exists, curiosity gets the best of him, and voila it turns out the Mermaids do exist. The thing is, they're not the kind of Mermaid everyone imagines. They're a special kind, defined by something that's not heard of much anymore.

Xenia is a Mermaid at the club. She's been there for a while, likes it so much she calls it home. She's one of the most beautiful, almost angelic looking Mermaids. She's so happy with her life and doesn't care to entertain the thought about leaving, well that is true until the night she meets Derek.

This is a super short story, but so, so, so good. The whole premise of The Mermaids, and how they're not the kind of mermaid everyone thinks of, and what actually makes them a mermaid I thought was pretty ingenious. Then Kingsley (yes, infamously kinky Kingsley from The Siren) makes an appearance, and HOW! Really, I would've been disappointed if his appearance hadn't been what it was. Tsk, tsk, only Kingsley would do such a thing.

I can't say much more because I'm afraid I'd say too much, and it really is a short read. But goodness, this was one hot steamy wonderful read.
